I started in investment banking, pricing and selling deals — infrastructure funds, cross-border M&A, block trades. Then I moved to the buy side, originating investments and running exits. And then I did the hardest part of all: I became the CFO who had to make it real — leading two SET listings, a reverse takeover in Singapore, and a full group restructuring, with the auditor in one room and the creditors in the next.

Most advisors have done one of those things. I've done all three. So when a founder or a board brings me in, they aren't getting someone who has read about an IPO. They're getting the person who has sat in the chair — and stayed in the building long after the deal closed.
